SHIPPING POLICY


When you place your order, we make an effort to ship it within one or two business days.  If a package is lost by USPS or UPS, it will take approximately 30 days to either recover the package, send a replacement, or send a refund. If your package has been delivered according to the carrier (USPS or UPS), but it has been stolen, we are not responsible for replacement or reimbursement.  You should contact your carrier and file a claim.  Also, thefts should be reported to the local authorities.   

Notice for International Shippers:  There might be Duties, Taxes, and other customs fees applied to your order by the country in which you reside, as well as UPS Brokerage fees.  We are not responsible for these fees.  We recommend that you check your country's customs regulations regarding import duties, fees, brokerage fees, etc. before you place your order.
