Refund policy
Most products can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. No returns are possible after 30 days. All dyes and chemicals cannot be returned. No books can be returned unless they were damaged during shipment or defective. We will pay the return shipping fee if a product is defective or we made a mistake on an item. Otherwise, the return shipping fee will be paid by the customer. Please notify us immediately using our Contact Us page if you would like to request a refund or exchange. No returns will be accepted without prior notification.
Because we have no control over the way our dye is used, we have to disclaim any liability for unsatisfactory product results and anything else above and beyond the product that was sold. Make sure to test the dyes and chemicals on a small sample before using them on a large project.
